Working with Mary Lou at Help 4 Menopause has been like having a big sister to walk me through what's going on with my body. I'm grateful for her help. She's always just a phone call away.
I was really struggling and feeling very alone. My mom died when I was young, and I appreciate just having someone to talk to. I feel like I'm taking a pro-active step toward peace and wellness.
I went all-in with the six month plan. I had been gaining weight, dealing with mood swings and feeling kind of depressed. Now that Mary Lou put together a path for me, I'm taking charge of my life.
It felt like everything was going wrong in my life. It seemed like I was angry at everyone just for existing. I love that Mary Lou listens without judgement and provides options to help me navigate my feelings.
Just make the call. I was in the middle of a divorce and perimenopause at the same time. I felt like I was losing my fricking mind. My best friend told me about Help 4 Menopause, and now I'm back to being awesome.
I'm a big science nerd, and I had done some research when I started having symptoms. I started with Mary Lou in a pay-as-you-go plan. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the hormonal changes and really helped put menopause in perspective for me in a way that made sense.
I'm caring for my mother and my children plus working full time. The brain fog was preventing me from being able to do what I needed to do. I followed the protocols to the letter, and I feel so much better.
I wasn't sleeping. I couldn't fall asleep for hours due to racing thoughts. I woke up a bunch of times in the night, sometimes in a full sweat. I would just lay there and stare at the ceiling. I have my nighttime routine down, and it has made everything easier.
Nothing worked with managing my weight. I've always struggled a little bit with a few extra pounds, but this felt out of my control. I was dieting and exercising like always. I think the nutrition component of Help 4 Menopause was clutch at getting me back on track!
